Cooking Burak of all kinds in Ramadan

Preparation of borak


1- tuna borak

ingredients:

1 large tomato, cut into small pieces

1 large onion

1 bag of chopped parsley

canned tuna

Half a cup of chopped olives

Two hard-boiled eggs and two small squares

100gm grated cheese

two eggs


method:


Fry the onions and parsley in a pan on the stove without oil until the mass wilts.

Turn off the heat and add the rest of the ingredients + salt and black pepper. (beware

Lots of salt with cheese and olives) I put two eggs for the filling and

Mix everything well.

2 grains of borax:
